a) They really love Ayurvedic food, especially the soups and salads.

2) What are the most important criteria for you in the choice of ingredients for your meals?
a) Freshness and hygiene. We have certified suppliers.

3) What would you like the guests to experience in your restaurant?
a) Firstly an unobtrusive service in a calm and serene environment. Then also a great selection of food prepared from fresh ingredients. And of course I want them to experience the spirit of Shanti Ananda through the cuisine.
