The Spa Treatments

You will first be surprised by the Spa’s generous proportions (30’000 square feet!) then by its beautiful arrangement of flowering trees and water cascading gracefully by the tea pavilion perched on an islet between the 17 treatment rooms. The enchanted place invites you to sit down, relax and let go of stress and fatigue before you even had your treatment.
Other than the majority of hotel spas in Mauritius, the Spa of the Shanti Ananda is arranged in a tranquil but not secluded setting.
In addition to traditional health and wellbeing programmes such as Thalasso and Watsu, it provides a range of specialist consultation services including Ayurveda and Yoga, as well as personalized fitness, nutrition and health consultations, thus truly being a holistic approach to mental, spiritual and physical health.
